Pump It Up: The Gym at Hotel Triton
Traveling makes you pick up the pace. We help you keep it. Hotel Triton's onsite fitness center is the place for yoga or balance exercises, rigorous strength training, quick cardio breaks, and even a little heart-healthy hula hooping (we told you we like to have fun).
Our fully equipped onsite fitness center is accessible to guests 24/7 via their room key cards. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes:
- One Precor treadmill
- Two Precor elliptical machines
- One Precor ab machine
- One Precor stationary bike
All of our exercise machines feature top technology and individual TV screens with headsets, so you get an effective, safe and enjoyable workout.
Hotel Triton's fitness center also features:
- Two sets of free weights from 1 to 50 pounds and a bench
- Hula hoops (round, round, round you go)
- Space for stretching exercises and warm-up/cool-down
- Towels, water cooler, apples
- Mirrors all around (hello, beautiful you!)
If you're in vacation mode and don't want to have to think about what exercise to do next, we can set you up with passes to the nearby Club One Fitness. They have personal trainers that do the workout strategizing for you. Day passes are $20 and are available at our Front desk.
You can also get fit and see the sights by borrowing one of our two cruiser bikes, available by asking at the Front Desk. While you're at it, ask about our complimentary yoga classes every other Thursday and employee-led runs.
Finally, if you need a way to wind down, it's no sweat: Book an in-room massage. You deserve it.
